38 games played last year 1 goal 2 assist…
Probably more useful than Reaves on the fourth line if he earns a contract because he can PK and can help with the veteran limit during preseason.
Of all the players in the NHL Steven Lorentz is certainly one of them
1v1 drills Nicky Bobby vs Lorentz, Martin, Clutterbuck and Reaves 💀
Nicky Bobby better be hungry if he’s at training camp
Met Steven briefly this summer when he brought the cup to the gym I train at, which is how I found out that he does offseason training at the gym I train at. Don’t know a single thing about him but he seems like a good dude
I have no idea who this man is
That’s actually really cool, a guy I know getting a shot with the Buds. He wouldn’t ever be anything more than 4th line depth, but he’s a super nice guy and it’d be sick to see him get a chance.
38 games last season.16 playoff games, interestingly. But how do you go from 16 playoff games with the Stanley Cup champs to a PTO? I like the prospect of adding another 6’4″ forward, and he is listed as a center. Good luck to him.
Ok but Roger Lajoie is a stud tho
Hopefully this will help with housing searches, you always hear how hard it is to find Lo rentz in Toronto.
Upgrade on Reaves. His presence doesn’t hurt the team. Key career stat: 94 Takeaways, 48 giveaways. Plus he’s big.
I mean, Nick Kypreos should also be introduced as Stanley Cup champion Nick Kypreos if we’re doing this.
It’s the Aube-Kubel experiment all over again
I used to crush beers with that guy at SHOTS in Peterborough back in 2016
If he can steal a spot from Kampf, 1.6m in cap savings would go a long way
From a Panthers fan in r/hockey (who said he’ll miss Lorentz, and he’s a gem):
“He’s a 4th line hustler (probably my favorite type of player) who’s always at 120%. Great personality and well-liked in the locker room and in the community.
He’s not going to be any team’s star but I never felt like he ever let the Cats down while he was on the ice.”
Our center depth is pretty atrocious but I dont think this moves the needle very much…

Does he fight at least?
