I meant to have this done before the season started but a few hurricanes stopped that from happening so here we are, hope everyone made it through ok⚡️

  1. Marty.

I’m guilty of this too. It didn’t end well, but that doesn’t change everything he did for this team.

  2. Darcy Tucker. It was ‘word of mouthed’ that he shit on the Tampa fans after he was traded based on this quote:

    >”This is a great place to play hockey, that’s for sure,” he said. “It’s been great for me.”

So a lot of people hated him.

But that was part of a [whole interview](https://www.tampabay.com/archive/2000/11/17/tucker-sorry-to-leave-lightning-but-happy-to-be-a-maple-leaf/) where he talked about how much he liked it here and how he asked to stay. I’d say that qualifies for over-hated

  3. Mike Smith. The dude had way too many expectations forced on him due to the Richards trade

  4. Killorn.

Every damn year we had to hear about how he wasn’t skilled enough, didn’t score enough, wasn’t worth his contract.

    All nonsense.

The former haters miss him these days.
