It wasn’t no shot blocking at all
And when JD out stew can’t rebound and no defense either
I'm concerned . But it just second day of the season
Same shit from Cade. Can’t close games. Was 1/6 in the 4th. Tobias also showed why Philly let him go. He can’t do shit in the 4th either lol.
Again, this is a 28 win team at best
Schrödinger's Cade
Looks like Pacers lost James Wiseman for the year. How big a loss is that for them? Does that mean Detroit can better compete in the Central?
Ivey does better when he shoots more, especially with 3 pointers, so why is he shooting 2 of them in a game. In the pre-season there was 3 games ivey went 0-2 with 3's and he still ended with 52 percent, Ivey needs to take more 3 pointers than 2 to succeed. Cade went cold in the fourth took 6 shots, 2 points. Ivey shot 4 times and scored 4 points. The offense got stagnant because we didn't even try to funnel the ball to Ivey. Maybe he would've woken up in the fourth but everyone tried to play hero ball in the end
Fontechio and Stew…
Tobias was a bad pickup, Never wanted him to comeback. He lost this game for us by letting Siakam destroy him
The schedule does look brutal at the beginning. Yikes!!!
🏀We used Ivey as a spot up shooter in the later stages of the game. We’ve got to realize that Cade and Ivey are our 1-2 punch and the way the offense is ran needs to reflect it.
Stew has some of the worst hands ive seen since Aron Baynes
It’s earlier and the game was close but you have to win those 50/50 ball. Ku right defensively their work in progress.
Y'all trippin on Tobias. It's game 1 bro. He makes 1 open 3 he missed in the 4th and we win the game. I got faith he makes those later in the season. Ivey got away from what was working for him and tried to play like Mathurin with jumpshots. Ivey needed to pressure the paint because they couldn't stop him. We lacked go-to scoring otherwise. Zach Lavine or Ingram would have helped us close this game. With that being said, I like our chances to win next game regardless of who we are playing
I think we need to call Minnesota about Nickeil Alexander-Walker.
Pistons should've drafted Math
stop w same annoying long ass intro.
Pistons lost at the end because they could hot secure rebounds, and make open shots. We need a defensive big that rebounds. Stew could grab a rebound at the end to save his life. Stew had a good game just can not rebound good.
It has to be some big 6'11-7'0 in the G LEAGUE that plays defense and rebound great that we can sign.
17:31 oh we know 😭
I actually thought Ivey was the better defender this game. During the late stretches, it was clear his effort was the best out of the starting lineup AND he guarded Tyreese Haliburton for a majority of the game holding him to bad shooting.
I would like to think that Ausar would have prevented TJ Mcconnel from going hog wild in the 3rd/start of the 4th.
Also I feel like those 2 techs for the 6th guy on the floor, and Ron jumping on the court, deflated the piston's momentum as well.
Cade can’t close out games. Paolo better 🔮. Team still brick city. All brick shooters. Not efficient. Will be Lucky to win 27 games
dawg Cade is going to have to get it together. I don't want to hear ANYONE say "he had a good game" nahh, no he didn't. If that's what we're going to have to get used to from him… he's probably going to be JUUUUST a tad bit outside of an all-star selection for his whole career MAYBE he gets 1 selection. He just doesn't seem to have a real all-star or superstar gear. Love him but he isn't THAT guy. Real rap.
You didn't know what you're talking bout….. We were good till we did some bone head things like 6 men on the court which was a huge head scratcher and momentum changer… And beef stew trying to inbound for the Pacers after we scored
So we go from the off season where everyone thought Ivey should be traded, to Ivey’s 17/5/4 game was just ok. I don’t understand how people expect so much out of a player that they were ready to kick to curb. He’s a solid 3rd option on offense and an almost even defender now. That’s good development. Tobias was supposed be that second option and he didn’t show up in the second half and went 0/3 in the the fourth. And although Cade had a good game, he’s a max player that’s the leader of the team that went 1/6 in the 4th during winning time. Our top two options were no shows and went 1/9 when it counted. Won’t win us many games, but I’m encouraged by the development. We need a second option still.
