  1. Why is it that we all see it and say it. But for whatever reason the guys making the decision to do that call up. Or move that guy up to the second line. Does not see it

  2. I saw a statistic. This Bruins team is first place in penalties per game since 2010. Bruins team # 2 in penalties per game was the 2010-2011 cups champs…So don’t give up yet.

  3. Its becoming clear that the B's players are deficient in both skill and grit. They're a big team that plays small, and slow. And then there's Swiss Cheese Swayman who is hardly an elite goalie. Bad News Bruins …

  4. i really think the "its early in the season things can get better" takes are being framed as copium or delusional optimism in an effort to avoid disappointment by some fans. people forget that hockey is one of those sports where team chemistry is like 98% of the game. Full, up and down the lineup chemistry (like the panther's) is something that's 1.) time consuming to build, and involves a bit of luck- not even the best scouts have a clue as to how well any two guys on different teams will play together until they're already wearing the same jersey 2.) can come and go very erratically even once it is built, and 3.) has a MASSIVE effect on game, if not the biggest impact. skill, speed, size, team system, all take a backseat and are at the behest of the team's chemistry, a very powerful but fickle factor. this season could end with us winning the cup, or the draft lottery. completely unpredictable right now.

  5. My lines that no one asked for… haha
    L- Pastrnak C- Lindholm R-Zacha
    L-Coyle C-Poitras R-Marchand
    L-Brazeau C-Geekie R-Frederic
    L-Kastelic C-Beecher R-Koepke

And yes, I'm a fan of putting a right shot on LW and left shot on RW.
Allows for a forehand shot off rebounds and passes and opens the ice for plays and defensive interceptions.

    L-McAvoy R-Lindholm
    L-Carlo R-Zadorov
    L-Peeke R-Lohrei

  6. Why are the most gifted humans the most ignorant? Exodus 20: 7 Thou shalt not taketh the name of the Lord thy God in vain for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain….when bad things creep into your life or the ones you love do not wonder why.

  7. The team is lifeless so far, everyone can't become lazy at the same time can they?
Why is the D so bad? they have only one different player.
It has to come down to the coaching staff, Monty, Leech is the new guy, the team is worse. Monty and maybe one or two more need to be fired. Bring in Joel Quenneville.

  8. My take away from player performance and pressers is that there is a major disconnect between players and coaching staff. It was really evident late last season when they took all of those too many men penalties.
Monty is putting it all on the players by calling them out and constantly tinkering with the lines. Perhaps this lack of communication is causing slow, sloppy, uncertainty. It's time for the coaching staff to be more accountable
