Isn’t going to happen. Lions will pay him and Chicago doesn’t go after actual coaches. They shop the bargain bin.
Bears are a "crap" organization and much of the reason they have to shop at the tier two level.
How are Eberfkus and Waldron going to develop anything? Look at the repeated stupid game decisions…
Some think it wont happen… at this time last year no one thought JF1 would be traded either…

Not sure how I'd feel about having a rookie HC and a rookie/1yr QB at the same time. If you bring in a new HC for the Bears, bring someone who has experience. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Bill Belichick if that's possible. I think B.B. with the right QB, can turn things around. And he'll make the Bears improve their OL because he called that out previously live.
Edit: also, Phil Jackson coached MJ, then Kobe. How cool would it be if B.B. who coached Tom Brady, would come and coach Caleb and took him to TB status. The NFL's Phil Jackson.
EberFlus is the Velus Jones of Coaching. But Flus has terrible culture. His WHOLE staff got fired last year and poles had to hire everyone for Flus because he didnt know how. Come on. We wasting Calebs rookie contract, before u know it he will be up for a new contract and im tellin u right now, he wont resign here
That’s crazy that a coach directly influences that many losses, and really doesn’t think they were wrong!

Love the Ben Johnson idea but the Bears always pass on the big name head coaching candidates. Not sure if they are too cheap or what the issue is.
HeEberflus has done a good job , you have to blame that on player absolutely not doing his job!
