I disagree that some of those other things we're pissed about were more anomaly than concerns – Mike Tomlin continues to show absolutely zero timeout mgmt and his IQ seems to revert to toddler level during waning moments of halves. Not calling a timeout and burning 40 secs end of first half was just another all time horrific decision that costed us. He has several of these every year. Then the other issue you mentioned Arthur Smith calling running plays on first AND second down all game putting us in third and longs and only opening up the pass game that was working when we're down 2 scores.. these coaches lack intelligence point blank.

5. My word so accurate. I’ve watched so much analysis by big names and they are all full of fluff – no real insight to issues that are apparent. You bit it here – the O Line not creating holes and not protecting and being obvious what we are running. The two point was a case in point – nobody in back field with QB – obvious pass as Russ isn’t about to run it in!

6. Criminal how under utilised our TEs were. Where was the invention and short passes – way too many laterals

7. The other part of the game that annoyed me was coverage of TJ – smart by the Browns. But we failed to treat Garret the same way – he quite often had one player to run through.

10. What I hope as a diehard steeler fan, Arthur smith learned something about his offense. Weather gets tough, Warren takes one cut and goes. Najee will pitter-patter. No disrespect to Naj, the iron horse because without him, the rushing attack wouldn’t be what it is. This game though, Warren’s style was built for it.

13. This loss was entirely expected. Also, the Steelers will also lose next week to the Bengals. I really do not think that the Steelers will finish much better than 10-7. They were never as good as their record.

14. Steelers can’t get a O line right to save their life🤦🏻‍♂️,I’ve seen other teams fix their O line in a offseason! Typical Tomlin team playing down to a lesser opponent,not surprised that they lost. I’ve seen it to many times.

15. The fact that all three losses are to terrible teams is no surprise with Tomlin.

    Also the play calling is AWFUL. If an average fan like myself can call every single offensive play that was going to happen for Pittsburgh it’s a damn problem.

16. Well can we all say that Myles Garret has figured out Dan Moore!! Last 2 games he has owned him. Why the heck we not doubling him every play?? And why cant our OC and Receivers coach have our receivers continue to move and try and get to open areas of the field after they finish their initial routes??? They just stop and stand there while they watch their QB who is accused of holding it too long get sacked. How about keep working to get open like any decent NFL receiver out there does. So frustrating.

17. Look at the list, 50-50 loses after Ravens, Thursday nite losing streak, Browns loses recently, divisional game….odds were against them….still 8-3 boom…we control our own destiny in these last 6 games…..

18. I love how we’re the third in the conference, won five ina row &just beat the commanders and ravens who had the best offenses in the league . But we lose a fluky game in a blizzard that came down to literally the last play to the Browns, we’re 0-7 in Cleveland on Thursday night and now all of a sudden everything’s wrong with the team ?😂😂!!? And played on a short week also !! We’re fine !! Gotta win against cincy tho

19. It all boils down to bad coaching. Everything we do is outdated and predictable.

20. What do you mean they aren’t addressing the line? They recently drafted two players. Picked up a couple via free agency. The trade deadline has long passed. What do you mean?

21. Hi DK- nope I was yelling at the screen in disgust at the O line protection- or lack thereof. Just grateful that Russ is still healthy despite how many times he’s getting sacked😢

    Is it me or does our offense look just as predictable as last year?

Would like to see us pass more on 1st and 2nd down to get us going, Russell is a passer let him do his thing and maybe that will open up the run more but would like to see Jaylen Warren starting more Najee has his good days but then he has bad days, will see these guys again on to the next game and Steeler for life💪 lots of football to play,and to all you bandwagon fans stay off you so called fans love them when they win and hate them when they lose.

26. Totally agree, Steelers will go as far as the O line will take them, and right now it looks like another one and done in the playoffs.

27. Wouldnt surprise me if the Steelers coaching staff didn't gameplan for this game. Same base defense, same predictable offense. Too much Fields, use him on the goal line, leave Russ in, let him play.

28. Running into stacked lines didn't help , change the plays when they stack the box . Offensive line is a problem still , getting beat constantly.

29. Like most losses to Cleveland, I want to forget about them forever.
