  1. If Braves want to stay under the luxury tax, and the need is very heavy for the rotation, it makes a lot of sense to try anything possible to trade for Crochet or a Montgomery trade with AZ paying a substantial amount of the salary.

  2. I'm guessing they acquire a mid rotation starter and hope someone in AAA steps up as the 5th until Strider returns. Setup reliever/backup closer is a must.
Based on history, we should see some sort of addition(s) by mid December after the Winter meetings, possibly before Thursday? 🤞

  3. Ozzie, imo, is not an OBP guy but an RBI guy. Him batting 5th/6th is optimal for what he does best at the plate.

    Acuna/Harris/Riley/Olson/Ozuna/Albies/Murphy/OF/Arcia.

  4. I wish we could get a cheaper deal or trade for SP spot and obtain an elite consistent bat, like an Adames…… aj smith shawver can have a spot, to get you by until strider is back!! Like we saw this year you can have the 3rd best era in the league and still lose if you can’t score runs

  5. Here's the thing, if you want to win you're going to have to get lucky. I'd go with getting lucky with the pitching staff. I'd rather the braves had a chance of going 500 but a small chance of them making a deep playoff run vs another season like 2024.
