Who?
We did it!! We got our guy!!
Career .232 hitter with .591 OPS (played in 90 games over 3 seasons with Angels), can play 2B and 3B, 0HR, 0SB in those games with 14RBI
Interestingly enough, career .346 hitter in 320 games at AAA level, although a lot of it was in hitter friendly Pacific Coast League and career .345 hitter in 21 games at AA
LETS GOOOOOOOOO!
Not a particularly exciting MiLB deal but he fits the type of infielder the Jays have been enticed by in recent years(high walk rate, low K rate). He has little to no power but he gets on base and has had some quality seasons in the minors(albeit in some very hitter friendly environments). No idea what his defence is like but he seems at least capable of playing 2B, 3B and some LF. AAA insurance isn’t a bad thing.
Power shift
This first domino has fallen
Ridiculous minor league numbers. Maybe he’ll put it all together at the MLB level like Clement.
I watched this guy a lot in the last few seasons in Salt Lake. He will be fun for the Buffalo fans but hasn’t put it all together in the Majors.
no such thing as bad minor league contract
Why…..
You guys got a good depth piece take care of him for us
So we’re getting LeBron and Bronny too?
Happy “Fanbase Overreacts to a Random Minor League Signing Day” to you and yours
