If Anaheim gave up a no name and a draft pick for him, I’m glad Columbus didn’t get him because I would expect Trouba/1st round to Jackets for future considerations. Don’t think that would have happened with the Anaheim deal.

It seems wild right now that Anaheim had to give up anything to get Trouba but at the trade deadline either this year or (more likely) next year they will probably flip him and get a pretty decent return. With how needy teams always overpay at the deadline and all.
