No holding here….

  1. The NFL wants a Cinderella story. They won’t let the Lions lose any game that matters. They’re an 8-5 team without the constant ref help.

  2. I was screaming at my TV on this play. This and that phantom OPI that took the TD off the board for us was the difference in the game. I can’t wait to play these guys again.

  3. I know there are missed calls and bad calls every game, but it seemed like the refs missed multiple game changing calls on the Lions. Early on there was a missed roughing the passer, the OPI on Watson, hands to the face by St Brown, this holding showed, and then 2 missed OPI by the Lions on their final drive one by St Brown and another By a TE

  4. Everyone saying there is holding on every play, shut the fuck up. They still call holding in this league right?

The ones they do call are the ones where a guy gets beat cold and grabs on clearly preventing a defender from making the play, you know, like this one. It’s not even close. Shameful that this was allowed to stand.

I will not be gaslit by Detroit trash when I could see it live with my own two eyes.

  5. Yeah whole game was terrible. “DoNT lET iT COmE DoWN to OfficiATing” well you got a minimum of 14 of terrible no calls and we got 4 taken away… in a 3 point game. It didn’t come down to it. It was ruined by it

  6. I know if we see it, call it out the Packers coaches see it and should call it out. I don’t know how far it would get but a report should be filed and at least talked about on national media outlets. It won’t change the outcome but damn would it bring some eyes to the offenses. Hit to the head on Love, hands to the face by the DET D line, one that was in the same tv review frame where GB got called for holding. The ridiculous OPI calls, DET holding calls and the one that gets me is that dirty hit to the knee on Kraft. Guys been notorious for going low and Kraft called him out on it before the game.

  7. I know how the Lions feel now because for years they dealt with game changing penalties that affected the result of the game and the Free Press would always report on it the next day. Doesn’t make it feel much better when it happens to us though. Why is the reffing always dog shit?

  8. Y’all, I agree we got f’d on most of the calls / non-calls and it had a huge impact on the outcome, BUT it’s not something the team can control.

So best to move on (the belly-aching makes us sound like Lions fans).

  9. ohhh i was shouting at my tv when that happened. and they didn’t even show a replay of it

  10. That hit on Kraft and the way he jumped up was amazing though. Helluvah game, but we got robbed.

But to be fair, the Lions have been getting robbed for almost 50 years. Lol
We’ll see you in the playoffs. 😈💚💚💛💛

  11. This is why I’m not discouraged by this game from a team standpoint. We played a garbage first quarter (and most of the half)and had half our secondary injured, and we’re still a few missed calls away from beating the consensus best team in the league. It’s frustrating it didn’t go our way but a lot to be optimistic about moving forward if we can get healthy

  12. No shit, this, not only the OPI on Watson, but the missed OPI on the game winning drive.

Can’t change the past, no matter how bullshit, on to Seattle

  13. Anybody think the Quay Walker penalty was bs? Quay pushed him only half a second after he was initially pushed lol

  14. I get “letting them play” on ticky tack stuff but there were blatant penalties that didn’t get called that 100% changed the game in lions favor. This is one of the most egregious holds I’ve ever seen how was this not called…?

And the whole sentiment of “if a penalty decides a game you should’ve played better” is stupid. “Just blow out every opponent every game!” Isn’t feasible especially when 2 good teams are playing.

  15. I knew it was going to be hard after the missed shot to Love’s head, that apparently no one saw🙄

  16. I’m surprised with all of their technology and replays and shit NFL still doesn’t want to make the game fair by having an external referee make a flag call. I’m not sure I understand it.

  17. There’s holding on every play, but there’s not holding by every single player on every single play. Jesus this is bad

  18. Big missed calls, but also some big opportunities to still with the game despite the missed calls.
