This Canucks team is REALLY heating up now after this….
The Vancouver Canucks defeat the Columbus Blue Jackets 5-2 at home. Brock Boeser, Elias Pettersson and Quinn Hughes all played well along with Jake DeBrusk who got his 12th of the season. The Canucks are looking good, let’s see if they can continue to play well on this homestand!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love our boy Demko. But seeing how well Lanks has been playing this season, it's a tough call for me as to who plays in the next game. Obviously Demmer will need to get back in the swing of things, but Lankinen has definitely earned his place on the team, and I couldn't be more excited to see how they both do for the remainder of the season. Lankinen definitely deserves a raise for next season too!
The game was crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzy the first period sucked
But Canuck are known as the come back Canucks so they got the job done well
Honestly when it comes to back to backs sometimes if your team losses the first game youll play much harder that second game to grind for a point.
Demmer was skating around taking shots during warmup which is elating. The JT miller chants during the game were LOUD.
That was a crazy abysmal first period by Vancouver ever. My Dad was watching on delay so I told him to start in the second period. So awesome to see us get 5 unanswered goals. We had some grade A chances despite the low shot count on the board. Glad to see smiles from Demko on the bench and Lankinen still being an absolute star in the net. Let’s hope we can continue with some more Wins at home.
Do you know what I find hilarious? Some Nuck fans wanted to trade Pettey because he was in a slump 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
