  1. After all those unsubstantiated rumors of the Dodgers having a prearranged agreement with Sasaki, I find it curious how the SD manager publicly proclaimed the Padres will likely get Sasaki and that coincidentally, they are now putting their recently acquired "ace" (Cease) on the trade block. If I was a suspicious sort, I would think SD is behaving like a team that has already secured Sasaki before any meetings have begun.

  2. I’d rather trade May and Grove, while keeping Knack and Ryan. Wrobleski likely will also be a trade piece, but I would be open to trading May for a good package. The only question being — for whom? Miller is a good bullpen arm, since he lacks control as a starter (in my opinion), but he’ll be out for the season from Tommy John. Gonsolin is really good too, but it depends if the Dodgers put either May or Gonsolin to the bullpen (in order to create a spot for Sasaki). Ohtani won’t be pitching until mid/late into the season (according to Roberts). So there can be an additional opening spot for a starter, until Ohtani comes back and that starter goes to the bullpen.

  3. This is crazy, most teams can’t field a 5 men rotation even good teams such as yankees mets braves ect….dodgers could go with 6 also load management in between, unbelievable

    Don't get Sasaki. ❗️❗️❗️
Sasaki's agent was saying bad things about the Dodgers front staff.
    ""They insulted my integrity.
    They lack sportsmanship. ""

  6. A six-man rotation makes sense. This is evident in the injuries to pitchers in recent years. It gives them more time to take care of their arms, and depending on this year's results, this rotation may become the norm.

  7. I like it all, except the recent Conforto, not a fan of his. Thought in addition they overpaid for him too. I prefer our younger guys Pages, Outman, Rushing, DePaula. All these guys in a full season can do better than hit 20 homers and .240 to .250 avg. Hence Conforto is not worth it!

  8. As a lifelong diehard Dodgers fan I will be with this team thru thick and thin but I'm sorry putting Mookie at SS is one of the dumbest moves I've seen to date it will severely affect him at the plate where he's most valuable 🤦‍♂️ why not platoon Edman and Lux at SS ?!?!

  9. I wish we didn't have to wait until mid-January to get the Sasaki decision! Meanwhile, I'm wondering if the Dodgers will trade for more international money to try to level the playing field with the other teams.
