Instead of playing their first game of the regular season on March 27, the Tampa Bay Rays and Colorado Rockies will instead face off starting March 28 so George M. Steinbrenner Field can be fully prepared.
First pitch for the Rays’ Opening Day showdown with the Rockies is scheduled for 4:10 p.m. ET on Friday, March 28.
Does this just remove an off day between the TB and PHI series?
I live in Orlando and it’s nice that it’s just a bit closer to here now, because that I-4 drive makes me want to die after every time.
