8. I dont know if we can win on Saturday to be honest. Mike Tomlin went stale right in front of our eyes these past 4 weeks. The game still needs to be played, i hope we win. But if i was coach, Justin Fields would have started week 18 to give me a chance to see if i have anything else ahead of the playoffs

12. Time to let go of the entire coaching staff those 2 less than average qb’s, the horrible running back and offensive line. Sump the arrogant receiver and get back to STEELERS FOOTBALL. Get men who want to play and take pride in what they do. Get a head coach that is a winner not one who got a superbowl off of Cowhers team. No lore DEI hires. Hire the best person not based on race gender or whatever.

The Cincinnati game plan was a joke you know he's famous for saying not to live in his fears and he did just that running the ball first and second down until they were down in the third quarter . He's getting paid 9 million a year and he comes up with that. If you can't get out of being predictable what the hell are you doing coaching.

19. “We don’t live in our fears” and in the same breath this clown says “we ran it a lot to keep the ball out of joe burrows hands based on how we were playing offensively” …… Tomlin needs to go, the Steelers will never see a SB again until hes gone.

SO put Fields in this week he should have never been pulled or just the same old run run try and pass then punt or Russ throws int, Russ is good for the deep ball other then that he cant see over the line and basically throws blind, I hope they keep Fields next year he never lost the job. and we know they cant keep both. he says the same shit everyweek just look at it the couple games they won with Russ a couple deep ball catches other then that they have shut him down now and they have lost. FIELDS give them a better chance.

22. As far as I'm concerned, this game should define Tomlin's stay. Win and keep it going…and maybe, just maybe you've given a reason (FINALLY) for why your contract was extended. But if you lose (again) in the playoffs (almost a decade), it's time to move on. How much longer is this fan base supposed to wait for a winner? If we're in this situation (again) a year from now, is that the time to fire him? When do you cut the strings? Most coaches (95%) would've been fired by now. Three coaches in my life time…great stat, but that shouldn't be driving management's decision to keep MT. It's simply stale at this stage…time to turn the page! Now if we beat the Ravens this Saturday, I'm elated…it's a step in the right direction (finally!) but we shouldn't be satisfied by that. We haven't won the big show in SIXTEEN years now. What have you done for us lately, MT??

23. Why does it feel like they purposely didn’t really play football until the 4th quarter. The offensive play calling was horrible idk if it’s Arthur Smith or Mike .T making those calls and where was Justin Fields he was healthy and didn’t play at all in any packages
