I was so excited when we got him. It felt like we never got decent free agents at that time, so it felt good to get someone.
Choo is a great dude and a great player. His deal ended up being awkward timing, with us being bad for most of it and him struggling with injuries, but I was never upset to have him as a Ranger.
Well thank you! Thank you for always playing hard.
Does anyone remember that clip of interview of excited Korean fans that traveled to the ballpark to see him play in America? I remember they were super pumped to have recently eaten nachos.
He’s a goddamn hero. Glad I got to see him in Korea and in America. Last year I saw him give a kid a signed bat.
Such a great guy – great for the team and great for the community. We were lucky to have him!
Leadoff GOAT. Consistently solid player across some consistently bad teams. Thank you Choo Choo
