   Schotty was on the Cowboys coaching staff and to be honest I didn’t know who he was, so that tells you the impact he has working with players. Zimmer would have been a better choice and now he has retired and Al Harris jump ship so I am very disappointed and skeptical on the direction the Cowboys may go with all the big changes in staff. But I hoping all these changes in coaching staff proves me wrong,

26. During Brian's time as OC in Seattle, Russell Wilson had one of his better years even though Brian uses the run game a lot in his system. I think most fans are disappointed with the hire because JJ didn't hire a well known HC or someone "they" wanted or were hoping for. We all just have to wait and see!
