Ultimately it’s the right call, but really need to work something out with Jimmy to just stay home if that’s the case (can’t just tell him to, he has to agree I believe)

It’s the right call, as hard as it is to be patient right now. This team isn’t making waves over the next couple years with or without Jimmy; it makes sense to hold for the best return, no matter how long it takes.
Jimmy & Pat need to put their egos aside & hash this shit out. Pat’s petty ways & stubbornness, along w Jimmy’s childish antics are bringing the team down.
Not to mention, if Jimmy wants one last max contract, it’d be in his best interest to play his best basketball & actually show up.
Really want this soap opera to end. It’s sad that Jimmy’s drama is overshadowing how quick Ware is developing & how much Herro’s improved his game.
