4. Everyone is getting better in the division this year. We need more talent in some key areas. Make the hard decisions and cut chords with stagnant playmakers. Build positive anchors. Pickens is not a positive anchor to build offense around. He got all the talent but no brains. We need smart players. Mahomes is a smart QB. He looks one way, throws the other way, for example. We need smart coaches. Andy Reid has many tricks up his sleeve. It is what it is.
