27. It doesn't matter who is at QB for the Steelers. Tomlins Akillies heal is and always has been the offensive line. He was given a pretty good line when he took over but after those guys either left via free agency or retired the running game went down hill. It was briefly resurrected when Munchak (the old Titans coach) was brought in to work with the line. But outside of that, Tomlin hasn't had a decent line.
