1. Woof. Counting on Flores and Wade in the lineup together is just 🤮. I don’t mind them platooning DH or 1B, but having them cover both is just a recipe for disaster

2. Wade Jr. in the 3-hole and Wilmer Flores as DH brings me real, physical pain.

6. I mean they are easy guys to root for, but good lord! I mean Wade in the 3 hole tells you all you need to know about this lineup. I feel a lot better about the pitching than the lineup. 75ish win team, but if it shows a lot of positive development in some of the younger players, I’d consider it progress.

8. I get it’s only year 1 but this is so depressing. I have no hope in Posey doing anything good here. We need new ownership first and foremost. 52-100 here we come

9. I will always love Wilmer, but I’d much prefer to see Encarnación get a shot at DH.
