I Don’t Think It’s Possible To Stop This VERSION of The Cleveland Cavaliers…

The Cleveland Cavaliers just played their final game before the all star break, there second game with Deandre Hunter, and whenever a team plays there last game before a break, it’s always up in the air how locked in and focused they will be, but I think Atkinson really stressed the fact that game 54 is just as important as game number 1, and from the jump the cavs played with so much intensity, and Max Strus immediately came out of the gate on fire, and he himself pretty much sucked the life out of Scotiabank Arena.

I honestly like cpj and Tyson, their defensive presence at their positions is honestly felt more often than not and they’re our younger players and they’re gonna be difference makers moving forwards, I think Kenny is noticing that too, especially when it comes to matching the physicality of teams like OKC and Indiana

  16. Pump the breaks. We played everyone under 30 because the Raptors are hot garbage and it was a blowout from the first quarter.
    We keep hearing Deandre is a "3 and D" but we haven't seen his defense yet. His defensive rating doesn't rank him very high on the Cavs roster so whether off the bench like last night or to as a starter when when someone is out it could be a great fit. We just haven't seen it yet.
    The real tests come when we play the Celts and Thunder again. Right now they are the better teams despite our record.

  17. Before Kenny Atkinson came to Cleveland, I didn’t think coaching was all that important to winning basketball games…now I think its more important than how good your players are. One of the best. And Altman is proving the impact a a good GM can have. Guys play better when they know the organization believes in them to the point that they can tune out the critics and say just go play, we’ll handle the critics.

  22. im a hawks fan and this reaction over deandre is hilarious to me. he’s had 6 years of inconsistency and injury. he isnt a defender he has no knees. he’s had like 3 months of good play lol. but let the youtubers tell you he’s a steal not the dude who watched the first 6 years of his career 🤷🏾‍♂️
