3. Walter Nolan is going in the 1st round. Tyler Warren is the 14th pick. Darius Alexander could be the DT rotation guy. Jeffrey Bassa should be the LB. Ohio State Safety is needed.

4. The Colts need improvement across the board. They're not good enough anywhere in the lineup. They need to shake things up.

6. Sorry Jake…you are great…but it is complete BS that the Wentz trade is "still haunting" the Colts.
   It was a bad trade that cost the Colts a chance to get a future franchise QB in 2021 and 2022. That is a fsct..but given the dearth of QB options in 2022…it is probably more accurate to say the Colts lost out on at least a good starter in 2022 without their 1st rounder. Though the Colts still did well in the draft by the way…a starting LT, WR and SS.

   But it DOESNT MATTER what the Eagles did with the picks the Colts traded to them. That's some effed up hindsight constipated thinking.
   You should be sane enough to understand a good trade is when both parties benefit. And this idea or "winning" or 'losing" is ignorant. The goal is for both teams to benefit..it's why a deal is done. And Ballard comes our just as well in the Jets trade as Roseman did with Wentz.

   The truth is Ballard was able to salvage a ton more than he should have been able to trading Wentz away. And the trade eventually got Frank fired

   The second the Colts drafted AR…the Wentz trade flat out didnt matter anymore.

   In terms of building a team….Ballard was already following the build in the trenches first model. Because that is the Chiefs model too. Which is where Ballard came from. He is still trying to do it in Indy… nothing to learn from the Eagles. Ballard has to execute better when it comes to personnel…needs to get lucky and find a home run.

7. Ballard needs to stop being obsessed with workout warriors and draft guys who are good football players. Most freak if nature prospects don't turn out to be anything

10. Colts and more particularly Ballard hasn’t hit on the draft picks, more specifically at DL the way the Eagles have. Also need our QB to be more dependable and healthy to be on par with Hurts.

11. Jake why would you say invest in the D line as if Ballard hasn’t already wasted 7 or 8 picks on the D line and they are passable at best?

12. Jalen carter, Jalen hurts, Q Mitchell, Cooper Dejean. All of these guys were within the Colts reach to draft, but Ballard chose not to. He likes his guys and tries to be the smartest guy in the room. His ego and emotions have led this team to a constant state of mediocrity. Everyday that goes by brings out more of his flaws.

13. We need a backup to match Richardson’s skill set so fields would be the closest thing available. Get a solid back for jt like moss was, a WR if he’s a legit #1 to make it easier on Pitt and downs, TE, either a better RG or RT. Defense another LB or two if speed doesn’t get signed back. cornerback, and another safety. Only get another pass rusher if it’s a star like Trey hendrickson, or Myles Garrett
