Personally I would be pretty disappointed if they spend the first pick on a non qb. If they’ve decided they aren’t in on a qb this year, that supposed jets deal will be way more influential to the future of this team than Carter would be.

And his conclusion of “To me, trading back seems like an appealing way go, unless you fall in love with one of these quarterbacks.” basically says what most of us have been saying all along. Nobody gives a shit what the armchair scouts think. If Borgonzi or Brinker really like one of the QB’s, you don’t hesitate. If they don’t, you certainly don’t waste a pick just because
