1. Henry has a harder time hitting than deyan has at not seething at every sliver of criticism towards him on social media! Where does that insecurity come from, big guy? What happened to you?

2. Is rejan dog whistling to a certain crowd with his “J1Q” segment? Does rejan possibly share the commonality of loathing the chosen people of Jerusalem just like his Serbian ancestors did? I’m starting to get suspicious…

3. Where is o'neill cruiz Is he hurt? Is he in jail?
   I haven't heard anything about him Since spring training

4. Henry does have a clear uppercut to his swing, which diminishes the percentage of space in the swing where the bat can contact the ball. That's why for over 100 years the most fundamental advice for a hitter was to swing level. Why a hitting coach wouldn't see this is beyond me.

5. I think the Reds are going to be pretty dominant this year. We'll see. Pirates will finish last again unfortunately.

6. With Carmen now being stretched out as a possible starter could he be a trade chip. With the 5 starters already set and AAA rotation of Chandler, Harrington, Ashcraft, Burrows, Oviedo why is he being stretched out when he had success in the bullpen. There's more than enough depth in starting pitching to trade one or two of them for a starting outfielder.

7. Henry Davis is an example of what the Pirates do to players with promise, they don't have the ability to DEVELOP them! Also, the Pirates play in tje NL Central division one of the weakest divisions in MLB, and while the other 4 teams made various improvements, the Pirates did very little in comparison. If nothing else they should have gone after Terry Francona, and cut loose Derek (I can't manage) Shelton! This whole owner/management group is inept

8. He cracked a double and drew a walk in four plate appearances. Looks like he's on his way to the Hall of Fame!

9. He's a freaking catcher. Seeing the ball should be easy. Catch it e the bat

14. DK my hope is that henry has found something at the plate . At least if he can swing it, they could use him as a DH and back up catcher.

16. I'm not sure he wouldn't be better off just going up to the plate and letting it rip. Some guys overcomplicate things and become their own worst enemy. Davis was an excellent Division I collegiate player and even if he was an overdraft at 1/1 he was still easily a top 10 if not top 5 player in the year he was picked by the Pirates. In other words there were reasons, good ones, why he was so highly thought of at the time. It might be that simpler is better with him. If he can't figure it out, he will go down as one of the biggest draft busts of all time and we don't want to see that, not for him and not for the Pirates.
