  1. I suspect that was a game where they arrive at 3am at the hotel and just couldn’t get going at the start. When they got there I was thinking well that ends the magic 3 goals. Then…a magical backhander. For the 31st PP to get two playing 6-5 is totally unexpected.

  5. Why do you think Helleson shouldnt be a lock? +3 in last 5 games, actually playing very confident and simple game, no turnovers as Olen and Jackson (much less as of late but still) do. He's the type of guy we should be having imo. I'd actually rather have Gudas or Trouba scratched for a game or two to remind them they're not invincible.

  6. Good on the boys for clawing back. If this was beginning of the season, they would have given up to a blowout. Watching Z and Cronin in the tunnel. They seem to have that father son relationship. Dad is always hardest and most critical on his favorite son.

  8. Wasn’t able to watch this one. So of course it was awesome. Just wanted to chime in that even though they were not gorgeous, 2 goals from cutter made my night looking at the box score. Maybe he finishes the season with a goal surge? Dare to dream.

  20. I believe the reason we had 2 right handed defensemen on the 5 on 3 is because Dumo was in the box who would have been out there for Gudas. Lundy probably would have been the forward if he wasn't also in the box.

  22. Zegs is a stick. I surprised anyone gets hurt even if Zegs targets head. Zegs is the player who needed more seasoning in D1. He needed time to build more mass. You practice more than play in college. And I like Zegs I hope he does well. We need more NY talent in the league.

  28. Chiarot rushed him when he was down? Uuuuuuh, Didja happen to see he was checked from behind by one of your duckies? 5:20 mark of the video will show that clearly there was no "rushing."

  30. It must suck to be a fan of a franchise that decided to put a C on Gudas, has young talented players wasting their potential like Zegras, all because they refuse to grow up…
    At least you get to do fun stuff like watch your players shoot the puck into the opponents nuts after the whistle, and cry about retaliation after your team literally knocked one of our guys out of the game with a dirty head shot. Am I right? 😀

Genuine question why were you waiting for Trouba to do something dirty I feel like that’s the opposite of what you want cause this team is playing dirtier and dirtier as the season goes on and the refs are eventually going to start calling it a lot more since the team is building a name for themselves around it
