As a sabres fan, I think we won the trade… and as a sabres fan, I know anyone we trade away is going to have a career year and probably win a Stanley Cup in the next season or two

Honestly bro I think it’s a win for Ottawa Cozens was a star stuck on a crappy team. You can either place Cozens with Tkachuk or Stützle. There’s quite a few stars stuck on terrible teams. Bedard, Donato, Dhalin…. Ect
Idk I think cozens can be good I think just the frustration of the Sabres and the organization just ruined him as of many young players, but as for gilbert… he was the only Sabre I seen fight in a hot minute and a decent stay at home defense think he’s a good 7th or top 6. I know nothing of the sens players, but I’m going to guess they came out on top on this one. I’m excited to see how they fit in or if they do here in Buffalo. Hopefully both teams and players win. Ik tachuk was pretty up set about losing Norris.

I love how ppl think the sens won this trade cozens has played like a bum all season he is afraid to shoot and he makes massive mistakes every game 2 years ago he looked great and promising he’s literally been horrendous in every aspect this year

Look up cozens vs Hathaway. Thats the day cozens went from really good to average or below. He is completely different player since then.
When cozens has a bad night he looks like hes never played hockey before. Isnt nearly as physical as people claim he is. I wish him well but hes not the player he gets credited with being
