Stephen A Smith: “The reason I am not sold on the Clippers is because I’m just looking at my watch and I’m just looking at the dates and calendar and I’m just waiting for Kawhi Leonard to get hurt.”

  1. I mean it’s fair. Obviously everyone wants to see a healthy clippers squad. I’m not sure how much longer we’ll see harden and kawhi. But when something happens every year it’s hard to be hopeful.

  2. I mean yea, this is how everyone feels lol.

Thjat being said, Kawhi looked REALLY good last night, like he was still that dude.

  3. Why is every piece of nba media just shitting on the players. So over it

  4. We all hate Stephen A, but something I will never do is post his content. We are making him more richer by posting his videos.

Cmon people you can’t complain about a personality yet help them by clicking on his videos.

  5. I propose a new sub rule: Don’t post Stephen A doing Stephen A things.

This is what he wants – turn it the hell off.

  6. That ugly bearded bozo in the middle is why Stephen A is who he is now. Fitting that they’re now on an awful show together to give awful takes like this

  7. As much as people give Stephen A shit (rightfully so), he’s kinda right on this. Kawhi hasn’t had a full healthy run since the Toronto title and I would be surprised if it suddenly happened now

  8. Spurs fan here. I’ve been secretly hoping for years he grows a huge 50 pound hairy webbed foot (The Substance style) that drags behind him and can’t be surgically removed. Kawhi, not Stevie A. Wow did I type that out loud? My mean lil secret is out now.

  9. Wow that’s fucked up. We should expect more from our analysts. There’s no inspirational words, or analysis of Kawhi’s play. It’s just “he’ll never win anything, his knees are fucked!”

    Just sad really

  10. Stephen A can be annoying and hyperbolic but he is spot on with this one. Kawhi can’t be relied on in the playoffs and he doesn’t seem to have the same drive and hunger as other players in the league have. The man would prefer to be a part time player like Embiid.

  11. Glass Leonard the most disappointing pro to watch. He steps on a pebble and he’s out for the season.

  12. SAS usually makes his point in the first few sentences, everything after that is just an overcooked word salad drenched in unnecessary theatrics.

  13. LeBron walked off after his injury, kyrie walked up to the free throw line after his injury. Should we make fun of them? Should we insinuate that they are faking?

Focus on the guys playing now, you don’t know who’s playing the next game.

  14. Lol there’s nothing wrong with this statement, but I guess we got a snarky comment quota to hit or something
