Until we fix this D we ain't winning no championship bro this D killed us last yr and I just don't see giant improvement on that side of the ball everything big has been on the offensive side where we already where a top 5 offense If not close but that D is still suspect in my opinion

Wise and Payne play different positions. Compare Goldman to Payne since they both play on the inside. Wise and Ferrell are a better comparison in my opinion, and Wise is definitely a upgrade. Wise is predominantly a DE at 280. Allen played some end but was considered more a DT at 300lbs.
I think Fowler is pissed and might sign with the Packers.
After some research I found out that the Jets played Javon Kinlaw out of position and read that Dan Quinn will play him differently to help set the edge.

These signings also help with less penalties on defense (experience) and young guys behind them will attack but be fundamentally strong.

I’d love to point out the bigger picture that I hear everyone (including TV Analysts) and that’s every single player we traded for, almost all our FA’s re-signed, and there is something that is the BIGGEST separator of ALL! Our culture, coaches (kingsbury staying also spoke to what is a no joke priceless point!) When any Veteran no matter what they have done any place else is erased! We proved we have some magic “Higher Power” in our buildings and locker room. That makes every player perform out of their skin! And anyone “Knocking” on us for Veteran FA’s are forgetting one huge point! These are like player/coaches!!!! So younger talent have lots of insane Vet talent to learn live from other players, not just coaches! There’s no better teacher than a mentor that’s like a Wag’s Zach, etc…….its all about the magic dust all around us. That’s why it was so important to bring back last years player that act like coaches……lastly!
I pray that Seibert is back healthy and beats out Gonzalez because just research “Seibert Home Workouts” also watch videos of his insane streak of made field goals b4 he got hurt! They are all almost dead center of the post! When you google his home workouts it will make sense. My son and I have nicknamed Seibert “PINE” research and you’ll understand why and also want him back!!!
Healthy he can be one of the best kickers ever on OUR team because of the magic!

You’re right about these signings so far. They are depth pieces that are much need filling in the holes on the Squad. AP will use the draft for youth talent. We still can make a big move trade for Trey Hindricks but I agree to wait it out. The bengals can’t pay their receivers with Trey still on the roster. However I hope we sign Cooper Kup now that he’s available free agent now. Our receivers will be straight and we can still draft a receiver.
