2. They didn’t buy a single proven reliever, you need 6 guys because of back to backs and usage, especially if you have guys age 35+

4. Too many walks given up so far this season from the pen and they have been coming around to score , and you forgot to mention Pearson he was the first one from the pen who was garbage , in fact he's made 2 appearances so far and been bad both outings .

5. It's basically the same team as last year. We just switched Tucker for Belli. Belli, is having a good year on the Yankees so far.

7. Not having Merryweather available is inexcusable from Counsell but in my mind this falls at the feet of Jed and “Mr. Ricketts”

   Jed’s inability to change how he constructs a bullpen is going to continue to cost the Cubs.
   Depth means very little without quality.

   Who do you trust in this bullpen besides Porter Hodge and Julian Merryweather?

   The Bellinger salary dump is salt on the wound.

8. I’m tired of people blaming Jed for the state of the bull pen. THIS IS ON TOM RICKETTS! We offered Tanner Scott 70 million to be the closer and he signed with LA for 72! If Tom gave Jed a big market budget, this would be a whole other story!

14. please Jed, I know you are a moron and CC is an over paid idiot. Please fire CC now or you will get this overrated manager who makes dumb decisions. We saw him for the whole year and did not work for him last year for the Cubs. CC’s decision making process is very STUPID.

    We should've lost last nights' game as well if it wasn't for Swanson making a nice play. Another bum from the Astros. That's two games in a row the bullpen gave the game away or should've.
    If I had tickets for the opening series at Wrigley, I am selling them right away! I've seen enough with just 4 games. Good starting pitching with a trash bullpen, a preview of what's to come folks.

27. I've seen this too many times last year where we would lead in the game and then around 7th inning or so we would lose the lead this needs to stop now

28. Thielbar walked 3 of 5 faced. Morgan has to face 3 batters(2 batters in he gave up 4 runs). After that, sure blame Counsell I guess. He went to a long reliever/starter. At some point, blame the pitchers for the walks & GM for signing these guys.

29. Jed has had enough time to improve this team within Tom's payroll restraints. He has shown he cant move past 83 wins. Keeping him in a lame duck year is dangerous. It already cost you 7 years of Cam Smith.

32. Hey Kap!! I agree, Counsell, to me, is overrated because he had good position players, and a good bullpen in Milwaukee!! When he came to the Cubs, he couldn't bring "that team"with him!!🧐🤔

34. I always thought that Rossi was a much better manager when they hired Counsel. He just didn't have the players, and a general manager isn't going to fire himself.
    Also, PCA needs to start hitting or go back to Iowa and learn how to do it all over again. They need to tell the boy wonder that going 2-22 will not be tolerated this season.
