  1. Genuine question. Why didn’t he just tag Arraez?

I mean I’m happy he didn’t but that was an easy tag to end the inning

  2. This is why having Arraez bat behind Tatis is so valuable. Nando’s speed and Luis’ contact skills provide so much opportunity for hit & run, 1st to 3rd, 2nd to home plate action.

  3. Tatis having two healthy legs has been electric. I love it. Keep at it kid. 💛🤎💛

  4. Big ups to Luis on that one; he sold everyone on a botched steal of second & rundown. They’ve been doing variants of setting up the double steal the past few games but the catcher ate the ball each time instead of throwing to second. I think Luis’s aggressive baserunning the past few games made it believable he’d try a doomed steal, and his confused acting and spin away gave Fernando that extra second he needed to get home.

  5. Aggressive base running this year, I like it. I’ve noticed them trying to stretch a single into a double. Not always successfully, but high risk, high reward.

  6. I’ve been loving the small ball, getting on base, and making things happen.
