  1. This is beyond ridiculous. Not only was Malone a great coach. He took them to a championship just a couple of years ago. It will be interesting to see the player reaction and ownership gets what they deserve.

  2. During the last game, Braun crashed into Jokic for the final minutes of the game during a play, which led to the loss (which also showed the state of the coaching impact).

  3. WTF, worst time to do this! Insane! If I were the interim coach, I will sit down with Jokic and ask him how he wants me to coach the team AND I WILL COACH EXACTLY THE WAY HE WANTS ME TO. I will completely depend on Jokic.

  4. If you aren’t a nuggets fan I get it but don’t let these fake nuggets fans convince you this was a bad move. Malone and booth hated each other this was gonna happen regardless. At least now you have a chance to salvage the season. And now they have a real chance to fix the team in the offseason and not waste the greatest player in franchise history.

  5. I seriously wish the kings would bring him back to Sacramento. New ownership and getting rid of him was one of the biggest mistakes the kings made (on a very long list of dumb decisions). The nuggets are dumb af.

  6. Good decision by the club owner – they deserved to be fired. The coach and manager will have time to reflect on how they destroyed the Denver Nuggets. Jamal M. and MPJ and their contracts sealed the fate of the nuggets. Zeke N. is a great winger, but he is very weak in the center…….. i Michael Jordan was very bad at center. The coach and manager of the Denver Nuggets chased many good players, so that MPJ – Jamal M. would play without competition …… they shot 0-9 for three – and not a word of criticism THE BENCH REBELLED. It's a bad decision to have an assistant coach lead the team – the Denver Nuggets need a coach with authority

  7. The owners need to realize that MPJ and Murray quitting after being paid isnt the fault of the coach. The GM should have been fired 2 months ago.

  8. There has to be something behind the scenes. He must have demanded more power behind the scenes or wanted a huge increase in pay that ownership wasn't going to give. This decision doesn't make much sense on the surface and the Kroenkes are actually pretty patient when it comes to coaches.

  9. I think what happened is the Nuggets had a chance to get jimmy butler and the GM didnt make the move and malone has clearly lost Murray and MPJ.

  10. No doubt in my mind this decision doesn't happen at this point in season for a playoff team without the support and push from players. I doubt Jokic cares because he doesn't care about anything but the rest of the team HAD to have made some noise to get this done. As a Rockets fan I love it 😂

  11. I think maybe the thought is we got the best player in the league scoring sixty points triple doubles and losing plus obviously some background noise to go with it and said hell get them out of here But I'm gonna assume they have to have someone in mind and a framework in place for replacing mike

  12. Not a mystery. Jamal Murray went on a player's strike. Basically quit and indicated he'd sit out the rest of the season and the playoffs as long as Malone was coach. MPJ sat for 3 games, then made clear to the media he had no injury. He returned, but he was going through the motions on the court. Murray and MPJ are soft and lack heart. Murray's perennially out of shape, won't play D, and cares only about his own stat-line. Dude is the definition of a low-character guy. Put on a Michael Jordan team and Jordan would have punched him in the face.

  13. Anyone who thinks the NBA is not rigged at this point is a lunatic, I am not a conspiracy theorist, but they are clearing out these teams to try to help the Lakers win. The Luka trade – it’s WWE just in WWE they care about competing to have the most entertaining matches for the FANS – NBA couldn’t care less about basketball fans – just a cult of LePED worship and propaganda.
