  1. I love when our designated “hitter” has 2 career hits. Great roster we got here.

  2. When people ask me my problem with Rocco- batting Mickey fucking Gasper DH and not pinch hitting for him (or being in a position to- was Miranda available?) with the game on the line can be exhibit A, B, and C

Dude is batting sub .100 for his career without an extra base hit. Idc what his OPS was in the minors as a 27 year old hitting against 21 year old actual prospects was- he isn’t a big league hitter

Also- Festa looking great just proves that starting Chris Paddack has been moronic for this organization (I know this isn’t just Rocco)

  3. This season has felt like a highlight reel of all my worst memories as a Twins fan

  4. Fuck this ownership group. Fuck our front office for having to scrape the bottom on the barrel due a guy like Mickey Gasper. Fuck.

  5. I never want to see Mickey Gasper in a Twins uniform again. I swear to go if he’s not demoted after tonight…..

  6. Our bullpen has decent stats overall, but they’ve single handily blown 3 games already. We are just not a good team at this point. I hate everything, but see you all tomorrow!

  7. The errors, the lack of hitting, the presence of Gasper regularly in lineups: all dogshit

  8. I get putting Bader in to run there, because if France hits a double or long single maybe he scores. And him making third gives you the chance of a wild pitch or something.

But good grief, Gasper coming up to hit there… maybe we could’ve put Miranda in or something? I get that makes it right on right, but I think we’ve got some good evidence by now that Gasper’s AAA and Spring Training numbers aren’t translating to The Show.

  9. Why exactly is gasper playing? The guy has a career ops of .307. Just not a major league player at all

  10. The offense finally shows a little life and just about every other phase of the game collapses. This is a sorry ass baseball club at the moment.

  11. Mickey Gasper has no business being on a MLB roster. Why the fuck are we playing a career .057 hitter at DH

  12. Is gasper is still on this roster by tomorrow I have no hope for the direction of this team

  13. What the FUCK! Why use Bader as a pitch runner when you had Gasper coming up and could instead use Bader for his HOT bat?? What the shit was this line up?

  14. Mickey Gasper with the game on the line and he grounds out on a check swing.

    This team, lmfao

  15. I think the more infuriating part of this game was this was one of our better offensive games we’ve had so far this season, and yet we still can’t get the job done. I don’t even feel like we played that bad overall, but the one or two really bad innings sealed our fate in this game

Gasper should not be in the lineup

  16. I can’t even put into words how disappointing and terrible this team is. Absolutely no fight at all. Innings 1-4 are golden, 4-9 we turn into a fucking sisters of the poor little league team.

We suck. We can’t strike anyone out, we didn’t try to strikeout anyone, we can’t get a run in clutch time…we sucked. We couldn’t stop a newborn fly, pitching sucks, Gasper sucks, relief pitching sucks. Absolute horseshit performance.

  17. I do not like these Minnesota twins, I do not like how they can’t get wins. I don’t like that they play Mickey Gasper, I wish this season would be over faster

  18. I think I just am going to not be mad and accept that this is going to be a bad year for Twins baseball.

  19. THIS. TEAM. PISSES. ME. OFF. Guess we’re going for the biblically bad this season. You’d think Baldelli would want to put in a good word in for the potential new owners to keep him, but yet we’re pulling this shit. Then tomorrow we’re trotting paddock out to get shelled again when we have dudes sitting in AAA that would kill for an extended run on this team. We’re stuck in some stupid no-mans-land of not wanting to eat contracts for dudes that cant perform, and not being willing to let people behind them get their shot!! That is all!

  20. 72-88 against teams not named the White Sox over the past year plus. Maybe we were never that good in the first place?
