  1. Fucking embarrassing. Losing is fine, but being this terrible is not acceptable.

  2. This game clearly means the Caps are going to suck in the playoffs. There is no other conclusion that can be drawn from a meaningless regular season game!

  13. I’ve lived outside of Columbus for about 7 years (from Fairfax). I can’t believe the amount of bandwagon fans we have here. It’s insane. Red doesn’t look good on some folks. Anyways, going to have about 20 beers and pass out before 8. Rough day at the rink.

    This is absurd, There was a penalty for a player who got a 10 minute misconduct but stayed on the ice, he was skating for a good 30-45 seconds before the refs realized, This game had terrible officiating, Adding random 2 minutes on top of 5 minutes majors then throwing players out for a game misconduct the second the clock hits 9:59 like come on refs #fucktherefs I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player skate after receiving a game misconduct.

    We were without LT, Ovi, Pro, and Chychy today which should definitely be considered. We also didn’t look very interested and I’m not upset about us taking our foot off the gas with home ice locked up. But we need momentum.

  23. And here I thought losing 5-1 against Carolina with LT in net was bad, but 7-0 takes the cake. Could have used a drink after this game, but it’s too early in the day for that.

    Hoping for a MTL SP tonight to close the book on the wild card race.

  29. I know some people are arguing the fact that we didn’t have some top players and that it’s a meaningless game, but I think momentum going into the playoffs is important. I doubt carbs thinks the former is acceptable and neither should anyone else.

    A mini slump while ending the season strong is fine. This is not a mini slump.
