4. So gutted to wake up to that result here in the UK this morning. Was absolutely stoked at Demidov’s start, but Chicago pulling one back sent me to bed worried. Really am fearing the worst now. Think we’re more likely to make the playoffs through CBJ dropping points than us winning the one we need…😕

5. Everyone asking if Demidov should be pushed into the line up before he is ready.

6. Rule 78.5 (Disallowed Goals) and Rule 37 (Video Review) in the NHL Rulebook. Once a shootout attempt is ruled "no goal" and the next shooter takes their attempt, the play is considered dead, and the original ruling cannot be overturned. The officials’ decision on the ice stands unless video review is immediately initiated before the next attempt begins. If the puck crosses the line but is missed, and play continues with the next shooter, it’s too late to reverse the call. No goal.

7. Regardless of the end, they didnt deserve to win, i thought nazar scored, even on the replay i thought i saw the puck in the back of net behind the bar. They are playing not to lose , not to win. Guhle was awful tonight, his penalty turned the game, had atleast 2 terrible pinches, including the 3rd goal, where was he, even when joins the rush, he has a bad habit of doing a fly by

8. If you're a Habs fan, put money on Columbus and Carolina. Winning money will save some of your sanity.

9. Guhle lost his bottle after that big hit. Laine should be third line for the rest of however long his plays in Montreal. Quite why they bothered icing him in OT is anyones guess. Third line him and put him on for the PP. His 5v5 game is just tragic. Demidovs problem will be finding players who can react fast enough to his ability. Slaf just isn't reacting fast enough in front of net. I want to see Heineman on the 2nd line with demidov and Newhook. I said I thought we would lose both these final games and still get there, I stand by that. We are playing poor hockey and have been lucky to get this close because very few other teams bothered adding pieces too.

10. Yeah weren't we told not to worry about anything? What a pathetic effort out there, they don't even deserve to make the playoffs, Demidov is the only damn player to show up for that game.

11. That penalty was pretty sus and nobody is saying that the puck didn’t go in but the rules state you can’t go back in time after play has continued soooo yeah I ain’t blaming Ghule

14. we need to put Flopkowsky on the block to get a real center to complete DemiGod…..can you magine if he plays with a Barzal, thompson, Crosby….. lets be honest, our 1st line is a duo… Slaf as his skate stock in ciment……. time to get rid of him before its too late and become a Laine situation where we are going to give something to get rid of his contract…..could always try to get another RW at july first ( boeser-Mantha) maybe…..

17. Demidov also shows so much joy when he scores. To me this is a really good sign of his personality
