Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl continue to be paired on the same line, and Trent Frederic continues to draw into the lineup over Jeff Skinner. Only time will tell if this team is cooked or if they can rally around starter Calvin Pickard and find a way to win.   1. You said exactly what I came here to say! The fact that the blues beat Winnipeg last night gives me hope. I’m not for the blues but just the same situation so I really hope Edmonton wins!! 😭 disappointing they didn’t switch it up for tonight’s game with the lineup….? Da phuqqqqqq

  2. These lineups are not ideal at all. And seriously Knoblauch, whats the matter with the hate on Jeff Skinner? Literally 0 reasons to be playing an injured guy (Freddy) over an elite goal scorer which the team needs. If the Oilers lose this series, Knoblauch (and most of the management for that matter) should be immediately fired. Players can be dealt with afterwards. Anyways the only thing thats stopping me from an Oilers loss today is the fact that the Kings are pretty terrible on the road, maybe it translate into this game. No players to watch today, just play as a team AND HELP YOUR GOALIE ON DEFENSE!! Whatever the score, just get the win.

  4. As a Kings Season Ticket Holder, IMHO, your team is more injured than is being let on. Asking Kane to fire on all cylinders is a tough ask. Drai and McDonut (yeah, that's his nickname down here) on the same line makes no sense to me. I harken back to last summer and did not like the loss of Ceci and Broberg…This Kings team has a big chip on their shoulders as NO ONE is thinking they can pull off this series… And that is why we play the games. Austin, love your stuff. GKG

I have to be honest , i really want us to win the cup, to be able to give mcdavid and drai what they deserve. however the only thing that will wake our management up would be to get swept right now … get knob out of here, how is he not playing jeff skinner again but plays trent frederic which cannot even skate atm

  8. If we get swept like I suspect we will, we need to fire Knoblauch and Bowman and retool the team. We're worse then last year and it's very clear and apparent now.

  10. Oilers need nothing short of a blowout, they need to embarrass LA and leave them with nothing positive to take away from the game. Oilers can win a blitz against LA, they can't win a war of attrition against that team

  15. The problem with expecting Oilers to pull a Blues style blowout is that the first two games in Blues Jets series were very close, in fact, Blues were leading in various points of that game. Jets were a bit better towards the end, that's it. Oilers aren't playing half as good.

  24. I’m not gonna watch tonight as much as I want to. I feel like I’m a curse to this team everytime I watch them in playoffs they lose. They won’t score all night but as soon as I go outside for a smoke they score or everytime I look away for a minute. If they win thank me later for missing this one
