  1. Sounds like fatboi slim didn’t think it was a great draft! Raise your hand if you enjoyed last week without Mr Steak and cheese?🙋‍♂️

  2. Bottom line for moi: Henderson versus Burden, who plays better in 2025. In the past I'd be pissed that we blew off Burden, but Henderson is special and fills a special role. Putty in Josh's hands and explosive speed is not even the whole story. But I'll be watching Henderson versus Burden. I like the pick despite loving Burden.

  3. I heard the Browns are going to work out Shedeur at nose tackle. Cleveland wins the draft if they do that, hahaha, hohoho, hehehe. The first time he lines up he'll be facing off against The Black Knight telling him, "None shall pass!" And you know without Excalibur the kid is going down.

  4. The debate at 38 was that Miami moved up to pick a guard the Pat's were going to pick. So the Pat's had to go with Henderson.

  5. Beatle thinking the prank call to Shadeur was hilarious is not cool. I don’t think he would find it funny if it was his son. Disappointing!

  6. That’s why the getting paid to do draft you sit here and talk bout this my first time watching them I’m good on subbing tho this is the best draft pats then had in years A- in my eyes

  7. Here we go guys, this is what we have to listen to all season. Divide the team up with Wolfe vs. Vrabel and divide the fan base up and turn football into a soap opera for the drama queens

  8. Ryan Cowden literally said the guy they wanted at 38 went before them, so the debate was obviously about whom to pick next 🤦
I reckon they wanted Higgins like most teams.

  9. Luther Burden was the WR taken just before 38. They must have been debating taking him because Wolfe said the player ended up getting picked so it was a non issue

  10. The phone call process is how it goes with every single team lmao. They showed it with every team. It’s just how it goes. It’s lame looking for everyone.

But this was definitely a Vrabel and his staff draft. Elliot was more there to agree but Vrabel def had the strongest say.

I know everyone wanted Burden III but we need to see who we have in WR with how many we have when we have a better line and better overall blocking team. TreVeyon Henderson is way more than just a blocking, pass catching James White back. He’s better than Mondre already. But having a 2 or even 3 headed RB attack along with our new line will honestly be huge in improving the entire offense. Trev should’ve been gone before that pick. Quinshon was the one RB I was hoping would make it to our second round pick. Both of them are studs but TreV fits this team better with his blitzing pickups.

Also. Holy shit people. Will Campbell has shorter arms for the LT position by 1.3 inches on average. But people don’t understand how good his technique, footwork, speed skill, and IQ is. It makes up for the fact that he has arms 1 inch shorter than usual. He’s going to be on this line for a very long time. If the opportunity arises in the future to sign or trade for a big time legit LT then they can and have Campbell at LG. It’d be the best line we’ve ever had haha.

Mike Williams is a burner man. He’s a day 1 starter in 3 WR packages. Idk how he was ranked where he was.

Then the picks in rounds 3.5-7 were amazing. They all fit the scheme and identity of what this team needs. They solidified the defense in free agency. This is a wild card playoff team now.

  11. Two things: 1. Wolfe is a scout, first and foremost. He got elevated to his current role, but that’s his background. He evaluates talent. But he does it according to what the coach and personnel team wants to be/accomplish. Which brings me to 2. When Bill left, ALL of their evaluations were based on his (we can safely say) flawed grading system. They didn’t have time to assess differently. Then Mayo comes in, and they don’t have an identity. They don’t have processes. They flub assistant coaching interviews. They’re inconsistent about which players fit their scheme because they have no idea what scheme they want to run. Then, when Wolfe resigns the guys in house they say they like and goes out and gets guys to plug holes they say they have, he catches flak because it turns out some of those guys we signed maybe weren’t worth the contracts we gave…and we’re surprised? Do I think we screwed up the draft last year? Yeah. I do. Not with Polk or Baker. They were projected to go where they went, roughly. But with missing out on a tackle early and being generally reactive rather than proactive. But that’s what happens when the one man show that was Bill Belichick walks out the door. Which is all just to say maybe the talking heads should get their heads checked every once in a while before just mouthing off.

  12. Too early to go crazy over the draft picks this is the problem with the media and fans. Names don't mean anything until they produce and the very same people that praise them will be calling for their heads wk2. Go Pats
