People complain about wr yet we score more than enough points let's worry about stopping people which draft will help
We are Carolina 2.0. Never going to win it all. Beane sucks.
It all is a moot point because Mcdermott will mess up in game somehow
Beane- why was TY Johnson crushing it last year with catches? Because the WR room was average
Oh man, I cannot stand this idea that reporters/podcasters feel like they have to defend their own. None of you have led the bills to the heights that Beane has! Certainly, you can have your own opinions, but then you can’t cry when somebody disagrees and let you know it
Parino doesn't even listen to context of comment before doing podcast. Not spending a few minutes listening to context = Lazy. Typical Media.
Here’s a question… do you think there’s ANY chance that the real reason Beane was so mad is cuz he was bringing in Elijah Moore, and local media & fans’ reactions were being used against him in negotiations?? Cuz the timing’s pretty weird, and he was awfully quick to downplay his interest when asked about Moore’s visit.
Beane must be feeling some heat
The Bills offense averaged 30 points a game with no #1 or even a #2 WR. The defense couldn't stop anyone.
Beane was correct ✅ Tired of everyone finding fault! Everyone is a GM expert! SMH
BBB BIG BABY BEANE totally unprofessional you think by now people have different opinions be professional and just deal with it
Last I checked the team (eagles) with the better defense won the last super bowl
Beanes little bitch fit will be the first clip pulled if the WRs fall short or can’t make plays in situational moments they’re called upon. Critiquing the WR is fair based on their lack of production and contributions.
Our offense rocked last year, why are folks still questioning the offense? We needed a defense to help us win.
You YouTubers need to slow down a bit. No one was all up in arms about the wide receiver position. The New England patriots for many years with Brady had pedestrian type of wide receivers and were winning championships. If this draft had better defensive players than any wide receiver in this draft. I would rather that
Good for Beane. Fans n media still upset about WR after a historic year scoring is silly. Beane knows what he is doing. Our D will now catch up with the O..
Isaiah Bond anyone?
Beane rocks
Beane had enough of the media criticism when he wasn't there to defend himself. Beane gave him the business publicly too. Fair play until Jeremy took that last pot shot at Beane after he left. Bottom line, Jeremy doesn't know more than Beane and the scouts. When you really look at the draft, who should we have picked? The WR class was weak and def shouldn't have taken one at 30. So who then? Royals? And play him over who? He would be a #5 at best so why would we take a #5 WR when we could take a starting CB or D lineman which we need far more. The media think they are far more important than they are and they don't seem to be aware of the disdain the general public have for them. I still can't forget how the beat reporters treated Beane and McD during the Araiza fiasco. Some were worse than others and their behavior was unforgivable. Jay Skurski and Elena were the worst. Matt…you were one of the very few who conducted yourself like a gentleman.
I didn't mind Brandon going off. I like Jeremy, but he and Joe are too snarky a combination that can wind people up. Howard and Jeremy were a better duo.
I doubt the typical WGR presenter or listener could even spell football, let alone talk intelligently about it.
Unfortunately i see more & more Bills fans who fall into this group. Like in their mind the only two positions on the field are QB & WR…
Honestly – you guys dont even deserve this good of a team that we have.
That's because he went and got good players and done a good job they can't finish it off they got to get that super bowl it doesn't mean nothing if you don't got that ring
Nba comparison- Look at the cavs last year. We’re good but not championship level kept the same team the chemistry grew and now they are championship bound went off this season. Bills offense reminds me of the cavs
He does undervalue the WR compared to Allen’s peers. He has the worst WR’s in all the Playoff teams the last 4 years!
NOBODY had “a conversation” about why Beane didn’t draft a WR until the 7th round…..except Jeremy White. And now you two. Most of us would have been fine with 9 picks on defense. If the Bills defense played better they would have finally gotten past KC. And not for nothing, but Colin Cowherd would not have complained about Beane not drafting a WR to open an interview with Beane. Only you local guys seem obsessed with it. Just let it go already.
beane has had some bad drafts …..i would of liked a WR …..over 30 tds of offense on ground is not sustainable
he passed on campbell ……thats going to hurt ….Maxwell is undersized that misses tackles
IM GLAD BEANE CALLED THEM OUT! The morning show on WGR is TRASH ever since Howard retired! I stopped listening bc they’re annoying whiny ignorantly wrong about most every take they have involving all sports! It’s pathetic over there!
Sal, Schoop and Bulldog and mostly Paul are the only thing that station has left!
i wanted campbell in 1 …and jalen royals WR …..beane has had some bad drafts …..coleman and kincaid has not shown me anything
cooper was also great in that chiefs ref season game with a cast one caught multiple deep balls, jets game he had that deep td. it’s not a lot but it’s def more than just his first game
30 other teams would love this roster. Beane deserves some credit
The TE they drafted tips their hand. They’re doubling down on the same offense Brady loves running
My only complaint about the draft was not taking Watts when they took Jackson. I think Watts is a better player at a position of higher need.
Jimbo needs to come back in order this team to win the title
You guys are reporting this with amateur backgrounds, I think it's fair to criticize your performance.
You guys also failed to mention them saying "wrong Josh" when Josh Allen was drafted, and also said absolutely nothing about what they were saying right before he came on. I don't know what kind of reporters you guys are, (although I feel it's subject to criticism), but I would like to see more complete journalism that covers what the reporters were saying minutes before bringing him on as opposed to biased journalism. I don't know what they said, but the defense was "I don't know if you were listening * hours ago when I said…"
As in they spent all that time blasting Beane right before bringing him on because they are idiots. Beane was far too polite imo.
Didn’t hear the comments directly but that’s not a good look for Beane. The lack of a consistent down field threat almost derailed the season until they traded for Cooper. The Bills beat up a bunch of soup cans last year. The whole league was in a down year. Even the Chiefs were beatable and eventually got beat. But we couldn’t push them around like we did with other teams. We needed to open the field up and couldn’t do it. Couldn’t do it against the Ravens who should have won that game but choked. Yeah Josh was the MVP but Lamar wouldn’t have been a factor if Josh didn’t have a down year passing. I get it the defense needed major work but they signed 2 DB’s, drafted 3 and got 1 WR, while losing two big WR’s who contributed last year. That’s bordering on dereliction of duty. It seems insane quite frankly.
Has there ever been a seventh round wide receiver who made an impact in his first year?
The bengals have 2 premier WRs and went 9-8. The bills were literally one stop from being in the SB. The offense is already SB caliber the defense is what needed to get to that point. When Coleman breaks out and Josh Palmer ends up being super productive the WR narrative will fade.
Who is the Bills WR1 this year? Don’t say Khalil Shakir.
josh Palmer 38 catches 1 TD. $9 million year….. really??
Im curious if he flipped out cause he just missed on a WR he wanted in the draft.
Even though the offense has been extremely good, there is no doubt the deep ball has been lacking and a burner would be nice to have for the Qb that has the strongest arm in NFL history!
You are missing an opportunity with such a good run game to Play Action and get behind the defense.
