  1. He’s going to get stronger as the season goes along and he get further away from the shoulder surgery, he couldn’t lift a bat the entire off-season for the first time in his career. When that happens he is gonna go for 60/60. Maybe not this season but definitely by next season. If he is on pace for 60/60 by the allstar break he wont pitch until september

  2. The reason the bullpen staff member was stoked was a game the bullpen plays. They call their shots and if they get it right they get points. The staffer who caught the ball just so happen to also say, Ohtani would go deep. So not only was he right, he caught the ball. Probably gets some extra points on the board for that.
