#Cowboys Micah Parsons FOCUSED ON TAKING NEXT STEPS! #dallascowboys #attackoncowboys
Dallas Cowboys Hall of Famer Demarcus Wear actually dropped a gem concerning star pass rusher Michael Parsons and his pursuit to becoming a better leader and more of an impact for the Dallas Cowboys. The Marcus Wear discussed on the K Adams show how Michael Parsons had reached out to him after the Tyron Smith retirement and ever since then he’s been asking advice on how he can be a better leader, how he can better impact his fellow teammates and what he can do to take the next step. And Demarcus Wear said that this is one of those moments that made him really excited because anytime a young man is able to humble himself and put himself in that position and let others know that he’s ready and willing to learn, then that can be nothing but positive. Seems like all off season, Michael Parsons has been focusing on how he can be a better player and a better man. And to that, I got to say salute to Michael Parsons. And that could be nothing but good news for Cowboys fans as he hunts down his first defensive player of the year award hopefully this upcoming season. Be sure to follow for more Dallas Cowboys content.

W 2025 Dallas and happy Mother’s Day🎉
Yup, every off-season the Cowboys are goin to the Superbowl. Then around Thanksgiving reality sets in.
Been a fan since 1967…it just gets harder every year.
Ware is dropping knowledge…
Micah Parsons if he really wants to be a better leader, you need to stop doing those stupid podcasts saying silly things. He needs to be a leader. By example, he needs to now, I try to attract attention for the sake of attracting attention. But let his play do the talking, and when he wants to talk to the media or the public, he'll be through an interview. But the podcasts, I think that's a terrible idea, and it is a distraction, which is not a good example of leadership. Let him do his podcast after he retires.
Surprised he didn’t call Demarcus Lawrence. Lol
Nothing new with Micah he has always been seeking out advice from other greats trying to continue to become better. That’s why he is one of the top players in the entire NFL.
Thats bad ass. That is a man who wants his guys to be better. The team. Most guys now days will leave. Or quite during a game.
