So, could the New Orleans Pelicans be trading away Zion Williamson to the Detroit Pistons this 2025 NBA offseason? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net. But this trade would see the Detroit Pistons receiving Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans receiving Jayen Ivy, Tobias Harris, a 2027 firstround draft pick, a 2027 second round draft pick, and another 2027 second round draft pick. So, in my personal opinion, I do actually think Zion could be shopped around this off season. Uh especially with new management coming in there and Zion having a bit of a turbulent time since being drafted to the Pelicans back in I want to say 2017 or 2018, it could finally be time for both sides to move on this off seasonason. Now Zion’s a player that has name value and when this guy is healthy, like he’s one of the flashiest, if not the flashiest player in the entire NBA, but also very talented. I think if you were to play Zion alongside Kate Cunningham for the foreseeable future, these two guys could do absolute damage in the Eastern Conference uh for the rest of the decade and possibly even win a championship when it’s all said and done. Uh Kate has blossomed into a superstar, like a true alpha, a true number one player. I believe he had over 25 or 26 a game last year. Uh and Zion actually had some pretty good stats as well. Like when this guy is healthy, he is a dominant force both offensively and defensively. The only question mark with Zion is can he stay healthy for a full 82? Definitely not. Can he stay healthy for a for like a full 70 potentially. And most importantly too, can he play alongside Kate Cunningham and Assar Thompson in the foreseeable future for this Pistons team and dominate? I think he very well could. So Zion’s still so young that I think it’s actually worth pulling the trigger in my opinion if you are the Pistons. Now, if you are the Pelicans, you are getting back a pretty decent haul in return, like building around Jaden Ivy, who’s a very talented player in his own right, is definitely um a good piece to add. Tobias is just in this to make the contract work. Uh but also to a first round pick in 2027, probably won’t be anything crazy. So, if I had to alter this trade a little bit, if I’m the Pelicans, I would want to get back a little bit more in regards to first round draft capital or some pick swaps at the very least. So, if those second round picks could turn into some pick swaps and or andor a future first round draft pick, I would probably lean towards the Pelicans winning this deal, but because it’s not, I think Zion going to the Pistons would be a pretty awesome place for him to go to. And I think, yeah, this would be a win for the Pistons in my opinion. But as always, leave your thoughts.

Why do people think the Pistons are trading away Jaden Ivey for a player who plays %20 of his games?
Here is a trade for Zion. Two first round picks and Tonis Harris. We not giving away a young snd healthy, in shape, ballsr like Jaden Ivey for Zion. Nonody is giving up anything but future draft picks and decent role players. That's it!!
We'll give you Tobias if we get Zion, a first round pick, and 2 seconds. Otherwise, no deal. A player that doesn't play? We don't want him, especially when we have good talent in Detroit already. Giving away anything more than Tobias would be absolutely retarded.
