anyone blaming pitching or bullpen management is smoking rat turds
That’s what we’ve had the past 26 games. 98 OPS+

Bobby (Jordan) needs his Scottie Pippen
We’re in the top half of baseball in hits though. If we could just put together a less shitty lineup, and convert some of the hits to runs we’re in there.
Vinnie and Salvy back to back doesn’t work anymore. It sets up 4 easy opportunities for double plays, and if vinnies on first an almost guaranteed double play if the ball doesn’t get up.
India not being a threat on the bases takes away from the huge threat Bobby is on the bases.
Garcia being behind Salvy nullifies Garcias well above average speed.
We get doubled up on the bases at the 4th highest rate in baseball.
Renfroe is a -, brings to the table about what MJ did, a couple more hits, way worse defense.
Isbel and Waters deserve everyday ABs, and Waters being a switch hitter makes me wanna double down on him being in there. And Isbel can bunt with the best of em.
If our lineup was moved around to utilize the speed to get out of the inning ending double plays, and maybe manufacture a run or two, we’d get over the league average runs scored easily, without having the power bats everyone else has. We’re getting the hits. We’re getting the baserunners. We’ve got an Elite pitching staff, and a ridiculously good defense (India is the weak link) when we’re fielding the best defense. The Royals just dont play to their strengths.
We already know all we need is 4. And we know between India, Garcia, And Witt we’re touching second atleast 4x a game. Figure out how to get em home.
And bring a damn pinch runner back up. So when we do decide to put Renfroe in there, if he does get on base, we can get a run out of it.

I bet we’d technically be the best team in the league if we could put 6 runs in per game.. so frustrating
it’s a miracle we’re where we’re at…wait, actually it’s because our pitching is incredible
here’s the winning percentage for teams when scoring 4 or fewer runs this year, sorted by most games scoring 4 or fewer
