Denver's Aaron Gordon has a Grade 2 hamstring strain and needs several weeks to recover from the injury, sources tell ESPN. The Nuggets' playoff star has been searching for ways to play in today's Game 7 against Oklahoma City, but it is becoming physically improbable to do so.

  20. Steph wasnt nearly able to clear 6 days with grade 1. Grade 2 can take weeks even 1 month to recover. Really hard to see him play even if they reach finals

  23. Literally the most hyped singular playoff game in ages and its getting fucked by injuries (not counting out the nuggies before you get your panties all twisted). This just needed a healthy squad vs a healthy squad so there was no excuses, just 1 game, best team on the court wins. Nuggies were already under dogs. This makes them huge under dogs (rightfully so). So disappointed. AG was having a fucking all time role player playoffs as well

  25. I listened to two NBA podcasts and neither mentioned this when it was so clear in the last minute of game 6 Gordon had hurt his hammy and it was gonna be a problem.

  32. The Nuggets are definitely going to miss AG. He’s been the a bit quiet the past 2 games but is a critical piece of Denver’s team.

  33. What a fucking shame man – I think Denver would’ve pulled it off with Gordon but doubt it now. Even if they somehow win today, this hugely decreases their chance of winning vs wolves too. Fuck injuries man

  34. That takes at least a month to recover from. His hamstring is partially torn. This is what ruined Harden’s burst. Why the fuck are they saying that he might play? He should take 5 months and carefully recover otherwise it could alter his career.

  39. The NBA season should be 58 games,with 59-60 for players in the NBA Cup and All Star weekend games. Play everybody twice and that’s it. Won’t happen, though.
