  1. Denver played this like they had already booked Cancun flights at halftime

  2. Zoomer OKC fans about to make the craziest Tiktok edits of SGA smiling after game 3.

  3. What a disappointing last few elimination games as a neutral.

There better be huge changes for Nuggets in the off-season or they are wasting Jokic’s prime.

  4. The Nuggets actually risked Aaron Gordon’s hamstring just to get torched by a lineup of 6’3” to 6’6” guys. Unbelievable.

  5. I need the same energy injured jimmy faced with jokic today. Jimmy took 11 shots and jokic took 9

  6. According to the game thread, this is a truly impressive rig job by the refs to engineer a 32 point blowout, forcing Denver to shoot 39% from the field and 22% from 3, while simultaneously giving Denver more FT attempts until the benches emptied. I hope Adam Silver investigates this corruption.

  7. This is one of the biggest wins in our franchises history. Our guys pushed through a shit ton of adversity to get this win and clinch the series against a very good Nuggets team and one of the best players in a generation. So proud of our guys. They are maturing as a team in real time.

  9. /r/nba pre playoffs: “yeah, regular season is a totally different story, teams go way easier, the playoffs is what separates the boys from the men, let’s see how OKC will handle that”

/r/nba during playoffs: “Hello, police? Caruso is trying to beat Jokic up”

  10. Aaron “grade 2 hamstring strain” Gordon, just played 25 mins in a game 7 & led both teams in rebounds (11)

He’s definitely on some Tramadol shit. Drug test him!

  11. It was all downhill for the Nuggets when they started the 2nd quarter without Jokic OR Murray on the court.

  12. Now that the series is over, good series OKC. I was a hater the whole time, but I have to be.

  13. This is what happens when the refs let someone like Alex Caruso exert their size on someone like Jokic.

  14. Welcome to the club OKC!!

Where mfers will claim your team is getting all the calls even when the game is called evenly. The game thread was embarrassing.

    Embrace it.

Jokic was abysmal today. He complained more than Luka and showed SGA who the real foul merchant is. And the nuggets fans salt will be glorious.

Multiple times the ball got away from him cause he’d rather flop than hustle.

Turnovers at the time starters were benched.

    Denver 21 OKC 6

  15. Man, it just looks more fucking insane with each passing day that the Lakers let Caruso go.

  16. This game was over 8 minutes into the 1st quarter, according to the game thread.

  17. That was one of the most toxic threads I’ve ever read and as a Sixers fan I can’t explain how much I’ve enjoyed this game.

  18. OU softball and Thunder both getting run rules in May wasn’t something I planned on tbh

  19. Jokic versus Clippers has 3 triple doubles and 4 double digit assists. Against the Thunder, he wasn’t able to register even a single triple double. Has no double digit assist.

  20. The Thunder earned this W.

The Nuggets just didn’t give a fuck (minus AG) for some reason.

This has been an extremely worthwhile and competitive series.

    The refs are terrible.

Aaron Gordon has the largest dong in all the land.

All of these things can be true at once.

  21. despite nuggets:
    shooting 23% from 3,
    having 23 turnovers, and
Jokic only taking 9 total shots, Jokic stans in r/nba will still find a way to blame the refs

SGA with a monster 35 point game 7 that will also not get mentioned

  22. Honestly Denver overachieved by taking this to 7. OKC should have ended this series in 5 games but they choked a lot. In the end OKC simply had more talent and depth.

  23. Here’s a fun stat from this series for all you analytics nerds out there.

    Alex Caruso Wins: 4

    Nikola Jokic Wins: 3

  24. Half of okc’s team is undrafted and yet you have this sub complaining more about jokic’s team needing more help.

Denver just didn’t want it as much. It’s as simple as that

  25. I know it’s a regular season award but Jokic glazers acted like SGA was a bum, yet only 1 lost by 32 in a game 7, and it ain’t SGA lol.

  26. r/nbatalk is going to be so garbage, as if it’s possible be more garbage.
