  4. The Guards BABIP is low for a reason, so many of their other metrics are terrible – exit velo, barrel rate, hard hit %, XBA and XSLG.

  5. Shame that Bo Naylor double was all for not. That was probably the best at bat he's had all year, he worked a full count and hit that pitch inside and low with a short swing.

    I lean towards the "just don't get swept" position on the Tigers' series. Still pre-Memorial Day here, and factor in the expanded wild card playoff teams.

  9. I'm feeling pretty good about this rotation moving forward. I'm confident that Gavin and Ortiz will continue show more consistency, and I am extremely excited about what we've seen from Cecconi. So starting in July you could have Bieber, Bibee, Ortiz, Williams, Cecconi… HUGE potential for dominance
