You mention it, and every Chiefs fan develops sudden amnesia

  1. This is misleading since several of those balls were either: known to be free plays or required a DB committing a penalty for the interception

  2. Let’s see the math on when the penalty occurred in relation to the ball being thrown. Because most of the time, he’s attempting high risk throws after penalties. Anyone who watches him play has observed this.

  3. Gonna be honest, I agree that the refs tend to favor KC, but not really like this. They haven’t been bailing him out of INTs with penalties. I’d assume most of these are on free plays where the flag was thrown at the snap because the defense jumped offsides.

  4. The whole refs favor chiefs narrative has been debunked over and over again, it’s a major case of confirmation bias by casual fans who see them alot in primetime games

  5. What the games most are due to offsides due to the hard counts. It gives him the chance to make a risky throw because they can always accept the penalty if the pass gets intercepted
