  1. This is from the behind the scenes documentary they filmed over the course of the season. It just aired after the game. They gave the crew championship rings. You can see the box in from of Ernie.

  2. Every good thing must come to an end.

Inside the NBA peaked years ago, but you can’t tell the story of the NBA without them. Their chemistry was goated in television history

  3. Definitely end of a era for a very special basketball show on TV.

Although I grew up watching NBA on NBC with their iconic jingle it was Inside the NBA on TNT that truly made watching basketball humorous, relatable and heart warming.

Won’t be the same next year without Ernie…

  4. Y’all know the show is coming back right, but not on TNT.

“”Inside the NBA,” which features the quartet of Ernie Johnson Jr., Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal, will appear on ESPN and ABC starting with the 2025-26 season via a partnership with TNT Sports and the NBA, it was announced Monday.

Except when the show goes on the road, TNT Sports will continue to independently produce “Inside the NBA” from its Atlanta-based studios over the term of the agreement. Johnson, Barkley, Smith and O’Neal will remain with the show.”[https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/42464696/inside-nba-appear-espn-abc-next-season]

  5. FYI: this isn’t the end of the show, it’s just the end of it airing on TNT. NBA and WB reached an agreement last year to license it to ESPN. Though there has yet to be a firm announcement of what that looks like but hopefully it still happens.

  6. I’m so confused about all the fuss. Aren’t they just moving to ESPN after this season, with the whole team? My understanding is that everything will stay the same except the network.

I love Inside the NBA and all the laughter and joy they gave me over the years, but this shit is off putting when nothing is happening to them.

  7. I haven’t been impressed with Inside the NBA in a long time, sure I have nostolgic memories watching it with my friends and dad growing up but watching as an ‘adult’ I started to wonder what all the fuss had been about. Kenny’s analysis is usually the best but Chuck and Shaq usually give pretty surface level takes. The shows production also feels uninspired, inseem to remember them running far more bits and funny segments back in the day.

  8. Gotta be honest… they be milking this thing I’m over it lol.

  9. The NBA on TNT is the only basketball talk show that I watch. I used to watch the Starters before, actually more than TNT but they are gone as well. They just keep on removing the thing I Love and I’m sad.

  10. Shaq and Chuck is sometimes irritating but they are good TV, not those Muppets on ESPN there are no redeeming quality can’t even make good interview with player or good engaging halftime segment

  11. I used to do catering for this show years back. All the guys would come out and chop it up with the staff everyone. They seemed genuine to everyone around them. I know that crew is sad this is ending

  12. Tyrese Haliburton would probably say the Winslows are the greatest family in TV history.

  13. Inside the NBA used to be fun but it’s partially responsible for why hater discourse exists so heavily in NBA discourse, they and Skip Bayless and Stepehen A have done irreparable damage constantly shitting on modern stars and the game

Ernie was always a real one though, the one constant good thing about that show

  14. Meh, these guys are loaded, crew did very well for three decades. Everything must pass. Just no more Draymond. Can’t stand that guy.
