Here we go again with a "new identity" thing. The Jets' identity for most of the past 56 years has been that of jokes and losers. The only way that can change is to be winners on the field and not to talk about identity change in the off-season.
No longer should we be the butt(Mark Sanchez Fumble) of all jokes of football. Let's rise above the BS. Let's Go Jets!
You see what all these teams you mentioned have in common is it all turns around when you get a franchise QB,it dont matter what the front office does until that happens and is Fields that, I dont think so, so another 4 or 5 win season

One thing I’ve loved seeing is how there are no leaks! We find out about what’s going on when we’re supposed to instead of constantly hearing reports of someone leaked this or someone said this. It’s been quiet and I like that approach.
Oline should be top 5-8
Defense should be top 10-12
Secondary should be top 2-3
Run game should be #1
