  1. If Trevor Richards could never appear for this team again, I’d be so happy

  2. Cags bout to mess around and move up in the order. Also here is our daily prayer for Erceg since the pen has been a bit sus with him gone🙏🏻

  3. [Cagnazzo with a 4/4 day, and we managed to get a win! (Ignore the part where it was 7-2 at the bottom of the 9th.)](https://c.tenor.com/yrbzKP2QPuMAAAAd/tenor.gif)

Glad to see the kid has learned that he can’t just “out-muscle” pitchers at this point, but *anything he makes contact with WILL get into play, and probably pretty deep.* When you have that much power, you’re not looking for the HR ball, you’re looking…*for anything you can hit, and it’ll probably be a single/double.*

Shame he didn’t get any Ribbies, but I’m not complainin’ about Salvy gettin’ a 2-run dinger in. Nossir, however we get runs on the board? *Well, we just got some runs on the board.*

Lo Cain approves and is getting too old for this shit.

  5. Can someone explain the rotation to me?

What does it look like now from 1-5? Or do we have a six man rotation?

  6. I’d like to remind you all, what with Cags’ slow start, about how “Cagnazzo” — originally a demon in “Dante’s Inferno”, but probably more widely known as one of the villains in Final Fantasy IV — was a duplicate that replaced the King of Baron (the strongest military might in the land), and then *immediately* stripped their strongest Knight (Cecil) of his command of their Air Force (the “Red Wings”), before actually engaging with the heroes himself ’bout 1/3 of the way into the story.

[He was…a slow-burner, not utilizing his own raw-power at first, until he had a good grasp of the situation and then he came out swinging HELLA hard, and wiped many parties along the way.](https://oyster.ignimgs.com/mediawiki/apis.ign.com/final-fantasy-iv-the-complete-collection/c/c3/Ffiv_167.jpg?width=1600)

Cags is “Cagnazzo”. He’s turtled up for a bit, but now he’s ready to unleash *pain*. And pain he delivered today. Even if it wasn’t any direct knockout-blows, the guy has shown he’s a Major Leaguer, and he’ll continue to punch shots until the opposing team has to cry for mercy.

  7. Not iQ’s best series, but hopefully this game portends the arrival of Cags and the reawakening of BWJ.

  8. Not gonna lie. I turned the game on in the first and when the first batter got on against Lorenzen, I shut it off. I wanted to have a good day.

  9. T Richards is terrible. Where in the world did he come from. Should not be used unless we have a 10 run lead and then we should use a position player to pitch before him.

  10. That was an ugly game but a win is a win. Lorenzen had a nice bounce-back performance. Cags was on fire. Go Royals.

  11. Live in the Chicago area and got the family out there today. My six year old decided at the start of the game that he’s a White Sox fan since he was born in Chicago-ish. By the end of the game he was a Royals fan since they won. Whew! That was a close one!
