As a stars fan I don’t mind shopping him around. We have some massive contracts and can’t get bogged down like the leafs. A cup winning team isn’t too heavy, they’re built solidly from top to bottom.
What the return would be is another question. He’s a top ten winger and only 25 years old. Id imagine it would require a pretty decent haul.
How about for necas and drouin?
Brother for brother Nick for Jason straight up. Do it.
They have cap issues, and Dallas strikes me as a team that wants to make some changes and go after another big name in the off-season to try and get over the hump in the conference finals. If they decide to trade him, they should be looking at a very good return for him.
At this point I’m open to it. We need a change to this lineup as we’ve seen this soft team isn’t getting over the hump. Do I want to? Not necessarily. But I don’t think we have the cap space to make another 8×8 contract and let’s be real his speed is already somewhat of a problem and in 4/5 years it’s only going to be worse.
In Nill we trust man. Let em cook.
Alex tuch for Robertson straight up
They did great without him against the Avs..
Robertson + Marchment + Dumba has to be the package, return has to be at least one top 6 player. Re-sign Granlund, Finn line for #1, Johnston + Seguin + new guy for #2. But that new second line guy could be anyone, he could even be Jason Robertson….
Ring ring hello?
Interesting
Honestly is Dallas can trade Jrob for a top 2 RHD they win the cup next year imo
I suppose hearing about this is way better than hearing about Toronto. Hockey is still being played ladies and gentlemen.
He can come to the Kings. It would be a homecoming as he’s from Arcadia.
Blackhawks should be in on this one. I’d be willing to give up our #3 for him…not sure that gets it completely done, but willing to throw in more, pending what is wanted.
This breaks my heart, but we really need a RHD to pair with Miro. The defense has to improve, or we will never win the cup.
