Made it out to the K tonight. It had been awhile. Yikes! Felt like the white flag was unnecessary waved in the 6th letting Clark struggle for that long. Clearly didn’t have it and took forever to get a guy up in the pin. Eventually he was able to record an out and get out of it. Game was over by that time.

Didn’t even get to see the Judge homer because I hadn’t made it to my seat yet.

I’m really starting to think this season should just be about getting Cags comfortable and seeing if these guys can start jelling together. Don’t really think selling the farm for rentals is going to push us past where we were last year. You never know, but I’m not convinced in pushing the chips in at this point. Good Royals team with star power that’s worth watching, but looks like an average MLB team that’s not going to run with the big dogs come the postseason to me. Not sure what moves they can make that will change that. Big names would have to get white hot to end the year to have a chance.

Biggest takeaway is there is no better place to see a game than your home team’s park. Last game I went to was at wriggle but the nostalgia of your home park is always better than what anyone else has going.

Bad night at the old park is still a good night at the old ball park. Let’s see if they can turn it around tomorrow.

  1. I’m living vicariously thru you. Looking forward to a better outcome tomorrow…

  2. Man I’m so glad i made it to my seat judges homerun was one of the high lights besides Cags Kauffman debut rbi, and got a single!

Don’t lose hope Royals fans unlike mahomes who left early sitting first row in crown seats

  3. How do you just throw in the towel with this kind of starting pitching? At what point do we fire the manager? We may fall under .500 in this Yankees series.
